Description

Founded in 1977 as Sangam Milk Producer Company Ltd., headquartered in Vadlamudi, Guntur – operated on cooperative principles to benefit local farmers.Started by prominent leaders like Yadlapati Venkata Rao and Dhulipalla Veeraiah Chowdary, actively supporting rural milk producers and strengthening the cooperative movement.It remains one of the oldest and largest cooperatives in Andhra Pradesh, collecting around 7.8 lakh liters of milk daily from over 150,000 farmers across 6,720 villages and distributing through 8,000+ agents in both AP and Telangana.

Utility in Cooking & Baking

Milk, curd, and paneer form the base for savory dishes like kadhi, raita, or paneer tikka masala.

Used in sweets such as burfi or khowa-based desserts, often enhanced with Sangam paneer or khoya.
